Payment of routine bills as presented by the auditor; (b.) certification of revenues as presented by the auditor; (c.) line item budget amendments as presented by the auditor; (d.) prior approval/disapproval of purchases; (e.) approval of payroll, payments for insurance, employee health clinic, retirement; (f.) accept or reject bids; (g.) authorization to advertise bids for purchases as listed; (h.) accept or release pledged securities; (i.)
