Coy-Devine engagementFrances Seiler of Willis and Charles R. Devine of Houston announce the engagement of their daughter, Claire Renee Devine, to John Taylor Coy, both of Fort Worth. He is the son of John and Kerry Coy of Annetta.
The bride-elect received a B.A. degree in education from Houston Baptist University, along with a master of education and a master of science in educational psychology, both from Texas A&M University. She is a licensed specialist in school psychology with the Fort Worth Independent School District.
