We join the nation in mourning in the aftermath of the tragedy at Virginia Tech Monday. We extend our sympathy to their entire university community and, especially, to the victims themselves, and we offer our most sincere condolences to the families of those lost and injured. As college and university colleagues – and, most importantly, as human beings - we share in their grief and despair.
