2008-2009 Fiscal Year.
e. Abandoned Cemetery Association Renewal Contract for the 2008-2009 Fiscal Year.
f. Azle Public Library Renewal Contract for the 2008-2009 Fiscal Year.
g. Weatherford Public Library Renewal Contract for the 2008-2009 Fiscal Year.

n. Interlocal Agreement between Parker County and City of Fort Worth for the Environmental Collection Center for the 2008-2009 Fiscal Year.
o. Perkins Tower Lease for the 2008-2009 Fiscal Year.
p. Office of the Attorney General and Parker County District Clerk Contract Renewal as it relates to Child Support.

10. EXECUTIVE SESSION: In accordance with Section 551.071 of the Texas Government Code, The Parker County Commissioners Court will meet in CLOSED SESSION to discuss litigation to wit:
a. Pending litigation- Thrift Mart vs Parker County.
b. Pending litigation- Kay Rohus vs Parker County.
At the conclusion of the Closed Session the Commissioners Court will reconvene in OPEN SESSION to make any decisions or take any action considered appropriate action regarding said matters discussed in Closed Session. (John Forrest/Judge Riley)
