NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed proposals for the furnishing of labor, materials
and equipment necessary for “WATER AND SEWER
IMPROVEMENTS FOR HUDSON OAKS CITY HALL” will
be received at City Hall, 150 North Oakridge Drive, Hudson
Oaks, Texas 76087 until:

2:00 P.M., Tuesday, May 13, 2008

and then publicly opened and read aloud.
The major work for this proposal shall consist of the following:

One Package Duplex Grinder Pump Station
570 LF of 2 1/2” PVC Force Main
One 4’ Dia. SS Manhole
One 2” Water Service, Tap, Meter and Backflow Preventer
One 4” PVC Sanitary Sewer Service

Contract Documents (including Plans and Special Contract
Documents) have been prepared for this project and may
be obtained at the office of Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc.,
Consulting Engineers, 1100 Macon St., Ft. Worth, Texas 76102.
A Thirty Dollar ($30.00) non-refundable deposit is required on
each set of Special Contract Documents. Said documents may
be examined without charge at the office of Teague Nall and
Perkins, Inc.

Standard Specifications for Public Works Construction (Fourth
Edition, including all current amendments), as published by
North Central Texas Council of Governments (NCTCOG), also
comprise a part of the Contract Documents for this project and
may be purchased at the offices of NCTCOG in Arlington, Texas.

The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive
any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the
expiration of sixty (60) days from the date bids are opened.
