1. Approval of the Regular City Council Meeting Minutes for July 26, 2007.

2. Receive a report, hold a discussion and provide staff direction/take action on adopting
an Interlocal Agreement with the Town of Annetta regarding the provision of
management and assistance services for the Annetta Water System

C. OPERATIONAL REPORTS FOR JULY 2007 action thereon if necessary

C. ITEMS FOR INDIVIDUAL CONSIDERATION

1. Receive a report, hold a discussion and take action on adopting an ordinance adopting a plan of health benefits for City Officers and Employees and authorizing the execution of the TML IEBP Interlocal Agreement.

2. Receive a report, hold a discussion and take action on adopting an ordinance authorizing health benefit coverage to City of Hudson Oaks retirees.

3. Receive a report, hold a discussion and take action on adopting an ordinance authorizing the execution of the TML IEBP Continuation of Coverage Agreement.

4. Receive a report, hold a discussion and provide staff direction on the FY 2008 Annual Program of Services as submitted.

E. EXECUTIVE SESSION - Pursuant to Chapter 551, Texas Government Code, the Council reserves the right to convene in Executive Session(s), from time to time as deemed necessary during this meeting to receive legal advice from its attorney on any posted agenda item as permitted by law, or to discuss the following:

A. Pending or contemplated litigation or to seek the advice of the City Attorney pursuant to Section 551.071.
