A glimpse into the minds-eye of an artist, Julia Dillings’ coffee table was piled high with a jumble of prismatic colors and striking images.

Like a tossed salad, photographs, framed art and mosaic masterpieces were scattered throughout the room, the individual offerings of a group of diversely talented artists.

Cynthia Andrews, Dorothy Gray, Julia Dilling, and Rebecca Villarreal were gathered to discuss a collection of their artistic creations, which will be featured in the “Artists Anonymous Presents” Art Show at the Rose Marine Theater Art Gallery starting Monday, June 19.

“We’re independently eclectic,” Andrews laughed. “We’re linked by people, not necessarily by art.” The group of women, members of a self-dubbed “Artists Anonymous” club, vary widely in age, background and artistic medium-of-choice.
